Joys, Blessings, and Poetry

Sharing What Brings My Life The Greatest Joy Through Poetry

Angry clouds roll in to caress the sky

To darken the world with its doom

Soon thunder rumbles in

On the tail of a witch’s broom

And your terrified image burns my eyes

Scalding my brain within

When I see

The lightening flash

Threatening my sanity

Artistry spans chaos to signify

The opening of Satan’s tomb

Gloom caresses my skin

Soaking every ugly bloom

As rain drenched the earth, to terrify

And lets the chase begin

In the trees

Leaves wildly thrash

Mimicking insanity

Calamity hardens a trying soul

Control slips wide and madness takes its toll
